Shipwrights come under Structures now (along with architect) and armoursmith comes under Munitions (along with weaponsmith)
FYI Domestic is tailor and chef, and engineer is droid engineer and some weaponsmith and general artisan.
Most people still tend to only specialise in the old subsections though, even though they potentially have the skills to do other stuff. So you may see a munitions trader but he/she will be either a AS OR a WS, rarely both... there is just too much to take on what basically amounts to 2 full professions. Not to say that people dont do it, but its rare :)
And yes its up to date, just some people havent added themselves (because they dont visit these boards :p )
