hello all i was often asked alot about pvp by even still on my last day so ill give you this and try to cover everything.

first of the template:
master Rifleman,TKM,and pistol xx43 that should leave u with 1 skill point if im remembering correctly. first of Rifleman a very nice damage dealing profesion TKM for its toughness and ability to put status on your opponent pistoleer xx43 for that bit of extra deffence the pistoleer can be replaced with medic and as much as u can get on that, but you might have noticed i didnt get hurt much so its not really needed.

so you got your template now to fix them stats:
this is simple so ill get strait to the point max the 3mind stats and push health and action to the lowest then have your health secondries as high as posible then with any points u have left go to action secondries cant be specific with numbers as all race's have differant limits.

now to get you gear:
Wepons:
you will need 3 wepons more if your lucky enouth to have DOT rifles T-21,Jawa and DXR-6 ill explain why later. first of best way to get a decent wepon is buy 10 or 20 depending how rich you acctually are or have a smugler with you and by them 1by1 slice them till you get a 30% damage slice, you can use the others for killing mobs or resale to make some credits back. for those that have more money then they can spend buy krayts tissues aswell as hunt them 6 for Jawa 11 for T-21 em DXR-6 may be 3,5 or 6 lol its been awhile and i had a looted 1 that wouldent be matched by krayt tissues so never needed to get 1 made so for your DXR-6 will be hunting elders or killing stuff in geo-lab for 1 also can check auction forums if your a millionare.
Armour:
you need the 4 parts chest,helmet,gloves and boots unless ur a race that dont allow boots and gloves then you just have everything u can. your main goal will be to get 11-23%stun with arround 80% electic having acid.kinetic,energy and so on in base acid.kinetic and energy being the 3 most important for pvp so we really need them in base now you base will need to be sliced to 85%+ (armour like this is also great for corvette and DWB) to get this its the same thing as t-21 and Jawa. you will also need crates of stun PSG's and to keep checking these thoughout the fight and changing them as they brake.

Food and drugs:
What to buy:
you will need crates of brandy,canape,muon gold and pixie.
brandy will need to be arround+400 with 44-46min lasting time and fill 50 if your buying 49 its proberbly cutting down on the lasting time or the stats boost and its just not worth it. canape lasting time is not as important just look arround for the best stats.
When to use:
Brandy is to be used when your 1st going overt and then again when your fill is at 0 at this time there should be 5-8min left on the brandy this is a great time for a battle but its not possible to time a fight the second u want it.
asoon as u c imps you will be eating 2 canape and 1 brandy if u cant then once u get a feel for what pool is being targeted health,action or mnd u decide on what drug to take.

Finally the fight:
While waiting for the lucky victim remember to keep power boost on and just be alert at all times also look out for fellow rebs and make them ur allies you should be walking arround as TKM this will put ppl of making you there main target and you will also take less damage as TKM if you are suprised.
so now you have seen an imp ate your food. here are some differant situations with the appropriate reaction's
the enemy attacks you: stay as tkm stun them blind them dizzy intimidate them and knock them down then run change to your DOT wepon if you have 1 get the DOT to stick then switch to your T-21 and shoot away with straff shot 2 (if your DOT is mind then your using headshot 2 instead) keeping a nice distance this will brake the PSG pretty fast you should notice it brake as they will take alot of damage fast if there not just dieing with a PSG there you have won that battle.
They dont seem to be taking enuf damage: this could mean they have switched there PSG as u broke it or they have very good energy armour now its time to try your jawa as high energy could mean low stun and so this will be the better choice still not enuf damage then you try DXR-6 good thing about this wepon is its acid damage and so no PSG deffends vs it.
There still not dead: ok your dealing with a very well equiped player here the only way your gonna kill them is by knocking them down then damageing them and to keep switching TKM/RM keeping them down and getting in some good damage shots with your best rifle.
ok none of the above worked and your both still alive: very rare but can happen its time to call it quits change to TKM knock them down and run way always run as TKM you will take alot less damage find water or get enuf distance to get on your swoop. call it a draw
enemy attacks another rebel: an ideal situation simple just get your distance and use your best rifle to shoot away while hes distracted in another fight.
your taking to much damage and are going to die: again TKM knockdown and run never run as rifle its never bad to avoid a fight if your not being chased and there are other rebels get ur distance heal up quickly then get back in there if your solo just get away:

Main targets:
your main targets are combat medics then docters and then ranged knowing your enemy is a great advantage.

Random tip's:

dont forget to use force of will it can be a life saver!

use cover,.. being destroyed by another RM? get inside buildings behind walls anything you can to avoid there attacks and make them come closer to you.

never engage into hand to hand with melee fighter if you are out of there range stay that way

remember you represent KS alot of people remember what guild your from aswell as you name if your bad manerd or abusive over the fact they happend to beat you it looks bad not just on you but can also look bad on your guild

most importanlty accept death if u die its not that big of a deal just relax and have fun

there it is all i can think of for pvp right now as you know i havent played for awhile so if armour has been nurfed or any other major changes like that be best to ignore most of wha i just said but if i know SOE nothing has proberbly been done yet so have fun :) also this is a guide to being a great pvp player or well as good as i was anyway so if you cant afford the armour or the great wepons the tactics can still apply sorry for it being so long didnt mean it to be and really its just the basics you can post any questions in this topic and ill be sure to answer you also let me know what you think its my 1st ever guide and feedback would be great thank you :)
