Thanks Waro.
One question tho
How are you getting the bonuses on your shirt and trousers?
What I really need to know is how do i stop from dying so miserably all the time?
For a dark Jedi I do seem pathetically weak.
Ahh that's two questions isn't it.

1) Bonuses on trousers comes from a standard armour attachment
2) Bonus on shirt comes from a shirt attachment
3) Tricky it all seems quite random for me, for example i can get an ent + medic buff and then go and take out 4 cl90 nightsisters + a gold elite nightsister at the same time with new problems.  Then I can go and fight 2 cl90 nightsisters and almost die :(    All I can say is make sure you're buffed with all pups too, then watch the order you fire your specials in.  E.G. i find if you fire lightning followed by shockwave straight away then half the time shockwave won't actually fire.

So try to fire them in this order: Shockwave / Strike / Lightning / Sweep / Drain .. always trying to keep shockwave + lightning + drain apart.  However if I'm in a heroic it's usually a case of mashing all keys in a blind panic.

Thanks Waro.
I started changing the order of attack the other day.
I've tried a few variations and will have a go of yours later on tonight.
Sounds like a good one and makes a lot of sense.
I also have to unlearn an expertise and reallocate the training as I went for a ranged attack (not sure what it's called) that aggros absolutely everything in a huge area. Not a good idea in hindsight.
Thanks.

Couple of questions - is GB glancing blow that you use on your saber, shirt and all pups?
If so, is glancing blow the secret of long life?!

Who made your shirt, boots, trousers, gloves? I believe I need to get a set made up asap!

I'm still wearing my jedi knight robes, as my only alternative at the mo is the cloak of the kursk that I have. As the knight robes are triple 185 statted with 5000 armour, and kursk is only +50/+80 with 4500 armour, even if I had triple 35 statted boots/gloves/trousers, that only adds up to +105/+155/+185 stat bonus with 4500 armour in total (discounting shirt as I can wear that with robe or cloak) Or am I overlooking something?

Just thinking out loud now - extrapolating these figures, the next available cloak, the jedi knight cloaks created from the Chu-Gon Dar Cube are +5/+50/+50/+80, 5000 armour, still doesn't add up to better than the original jedi knight robes.

So I guess I should aim for the Jedi Master Cloak (triple +100, 5600 armour) from the HK-47 quest which I'm quite a way through already (got to defeat the droid army, shut down the factory then the final destroy hk quest to do)

Of course, I'm still aiming for the shatterpoint or cloak of hate from the collections.....

anyones suggestions/advice etc welcome!

glancing blow sounds ok and it is in PVE it seems to work how ever it won't in PVP as it doesn't work against Criticals and Strikethrouhgs.

osian or lawrance can make the attachment for your suit.

as im thinking u are the LS jedi im thinking Pre,str,Agi  or Con,stam,Agi depaning on what your looking for Agi will increase the GB and parry, Pre,Str will increase your block and dmg,  Con and stam will increase your total health and action points.

the shatterpoint cloak and the cloack of hate sound best atm, id go for shatterpoint in case of LS tank.
until u can get them the highest will do. (ofcourse the higher your armor value the less effect it has.

ofcourse its been ages since i was a jedi, back then they still used horse and carrage to get around so feel free to point out im all wrong.

Thanks Alas :)

Been talking to guildees and reading up on forums etc since this post - tho didn't know about GB not working well in PvP though.

Have failed at Droid Army twice now, and desperate to get through it to HK to have a chance at looting the Jedi Master Cloak from that end quest.

Am making good progress towards the Shatterpoint Cloak however, with only 5 holocrons to go, and obtaining 2 Jinsu Sabers on Friday along with a Banes Heart (a good day!). Just a few heroics and defeat a couple of uber-tough jedi, and the shatterpoint wil be mine (!)

Like a lot of Pre-CU players, my original aim was to unlock my Jedi slot and play a Jedi. When that got scuppered, it was the obvious choice on returning to have my 2nd character slot a Jedi, and I've really enjoyed levelling through the Legacy, Kashyyk and Mustafar to 90, and now the challange of getting kitted out to be a useful Jedi tank to the guild is keeping me entertained.

My Spy is suffering from attention defecit at the moment, but he won't be left at the wayside - I have a pet-tank to get to level 90 still which could prove useful.....
