YES! we advanced to Tier 3 yesterday, against all odds (and during a bizarre login lockout that prevented most people coming online to witness is)

I had a small firework celebration in honour of our new "Township", and plan a much bigger display if we make the coveted Tier 4. next tick in a week.......

No more stormtroopers in OUR town square :)
