The Ewok Festival of Love returns to the galaxy beginning February 10 th ! Be sure to visit host cities Tyrena of Corellia, Kaadara of Naboo, and the Southern Ewok Lake Village on Endor before March 10 th in order to take part in this year's Festival of Love.
Ewoks and the Festival of Love
Ewoks are small creatures that are native to the forest moon of Endor. The trees of the forest provide not only physical shelter to the Ewoks, but also give the tribe a sense of protection as the trees watch over them.
The Ewoks live in harmony with nature and forage for food in the lush vegetation. Camby berries are given freely during the Festival of Love, celebrated once a year to honor the kinship and love between tribe members. During the festival, the Ewoks present this gift of their hard-earned food to other members of the tribe to demonstrate trust and acceptance.
As the Ewoks celebrate the Festival of Love, tribe members prepare meals, dance, and sing traditional songs, such as this ancestral chant often heard drifting through the treetops of the forest moon:
Dugun duca lula ludia nuna, dounga, luna nudia!
This Year's Festival
Since last year's festival was such a huge success, the Ewoks have decided to expand their festivities to include even more activities and excitement. Everyone has put on their best outfit and come out to join the Ewok's this year in celebrating the Festival of Love.
You will find an Ewok Chief and Shaman near the chocolate fountains in celebrating cities. In Kaadara, Chief Chirpa and Logray from the Star Wars films will be making a special appearance!
One of the new activities this year involves helping the disillusioned love sage. He has lost his way and players must help him re-discover the true meaning of the Ewok Festival of Love and prove to him that there really is love in this crazy galaxy of ours.
Upon completion of the Ewok Festival of Love activities, you will receive Ewok Chak Hearts to be used at one of the vendors to purchase Festival of Love rewards.
One such reward that can be purchased is a brand new painting exclusive to this year's Festival of Love!
Players will also be able to use their earned Chak Hearts to purchase a miniature chocolate fountain, a Crossbow of Love that decreases an enemy's hate toward the player who uses it, a very special Ewok Festival of Love Familiar, a brand new Ewok Festival of Love costume, and even some unique Festival of Love Wings to help you get in the spirit of things!
And no, the wings don't actually make you fly; they're just for looks and are perfect for use in the Appearance Tab!
Chief Chirpa has a whole new bouquet of flowers this year for those who know the secret to unlocking his heart
Don't worry if you missed last year's Festival of Love. Thos flowers will be on sale from the vendor at any of the festival locations at a very exclusive price.

Oh FFS Why do they do that? It should be "Click here to get your badge/quest/fish/hat stand" and not "turn up here here and here at the same time and wait for a month to get nothing because it is random and even if you were here alone I still wouldn't give you anything". Actually I think I may pass judgement til tonight when I've actually had a go :P Ignore me...........most people do.

Well after trying it out it is not really like Empire Day. Kyoopid turns up in one of three places on the hour for about 15 mins. If you start out at the southern most Ewok Lake Village on Endor and search there first if he's not there then you will have time to travel to Tyrena and Kaadara before he disappears. He could be anywhere in these towns so be sure to roam around before giving up. Just [/tar Kyoopid, enter, up] a few times whilst running about like an idiot and you should be able to find him. He will ask you for hearts or a bundle of cards. I'd go for the cards as they are free. Be warned, it's all a bit namby pamby and wet.
