The Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game Ewok Festival of Love scenario is now available! Just log in to the Star Wars Galaxies Trading Card Game, and give this free scenario a try! The first time you defeat the scenario you will receive:
One (1) Lady Valarian (2P9) promo card
The Small Indoor Fountain (2SWGP3) loot card
If you defeat the scenario again with a different avatar archetype, you'll receive an additional Lady Valarian promo card (limit 4)!
The Ewok Festival of Love scenario will only be available through Tuesday, February 16, 2009 at 3 p.m. PST, so don't miss out!

Ah I see. It says "is now available" and "available through Tuesday, February 16" so I thought it meant up to and including Feb 16. Bit strange to only have it available two days after valentines day, but then who knows why SOE do half the things they do!! Well at least I can log into SWG now. Been locked out since Wednesday and had to do a reinstall complete with full updates that took a fair while I can tell you :(

I just completed this quest this morning and got my fountain. If you are using a Sith Starter Deck like me then it's the hardest deck to complete the scenario with. Make sure you are loaded up with abilities for questing (leave out Makeshi as it's not worth taking the damage to play it) and armour heavy units as lady valarian has very high attack from all units and fairly high health so attacking is really not an option unless you are certain you will hit her for three. Quest early and constantly and cover those quests in units to protect your avatar and you will fly through it. As a side the rewards are the same no matter what level the scenario is played so may as well plump for easy :)
