(For the neutral set) Apparently you do not need to be positive faction with jabba or have the jabba themepark done . Jawl will give the access to the throne room once youve talked to the translator walda.
You can only get one set per character, you cannot reset planet and get another set.
1) First talk to Mort inside the dearic cantina on talus
2) Go to Keren hotel and wait by the planner and wait for morkov to spawn once he does talk to him , once he tells you to go see his man in deeja peak your done no need to kill him.
3) Then go to Deeja peak and theres a house right in front of the hotel there (remember that house in deeja as it is the same house you kill durge for the boba fett quest series), go there and talk to the main guy (on the top floor), once he finds out your fake he will attack you with his body guards you can group with friends for this one just make sure everyone gets a hit on him before he dies. i believe his name is Owe or something close.
4) go see Mort again in dearic cantina. He will tell you depending on which faction you are to go see someone.
A) for rebels its leia organa in the rebel abandoned dantooine base (POI). (you need to be combatant minimum to get in the building)
B) for Neutral go see Jawl at the entrance of the jabba's palace , once you talked to him you will need to talk to a translator inside wayfar's cantina her name Walda (at about the same spot Mort is around the bar hehe). Once done go back to jabba's throne room and talk to jabba himself.
5) Once you talked to Leia//jabba she/he will send you back to see morkov , now you just plain kill him. Head back to leia//jabba talk to her/him
6) then go back to Mort and also talk to him once your done with Mort you will get your full suit of armor
A) Rebel get 1 Xwing hologram from leia, 3000 rebel faction and the White Clone Armor With RED strips on the helmet. B) Neutral get 1 YT1300 hologram from jabba , 3000 Jabba faction and a White Clone Armor With Blue strips on helmet.(this set is wearable by Imps or Rebels).
