Star Wars Galaxies: Hotfix 19.16

On Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at 4:00 AM PDT all U.S. and European galaxies will be brought down for server maintenance and a Hotfix. The servers are estimated to be down for 4 hours. If this timeframe changes, we'll post an update on the official forums.

When the Hotfix is complete, all galaxies will be live but unavailable while we complete final testing. All galaxies will be made available after that time.

Free Character Transfer Service

• Free Character Transfer Service is here! Log in and take advantage of the Free Character Transfer Service.
• To be eligible for free transfer, characters must be at least 90 days old and must be on your active Star Wars Galaxies account in good standing.
• After a character transfers for free, that character must wait at least 90 days before it can be transferred to another qualifying server for free again.
• Characters will not be able to transfer to the Starsider galaxy, but characters from Starsider will be able to transfer off of that server to another galaxy.
• To complete a transfer, log in to the character you wish to move and complete the process in-game. Join old friends and build new alliances in the fight for the fate of the galaxy!
