Note: Currently this fight is very challenging compared to the other boss fights in the same operation due to the tight DPS check. This might get retuned in the future.

Phase 1
Planning phase to eliminate droids below in an optimal manner. You will want to equalize the HP in every row so you end up with ~666k HP per row for second phase.
Phase 2
Execution phase. You get exactly 1 minute per row before the force shield from the next row opens and they join the fight. This is a huge DPS check phase.
Phase 3
Olok pops out and you will have to fight him and his two adds that he spawns everytime he goes into stealth. Burn down the Shady Customer ASAP and save the Arms Trader for when Olok disappears. Focus all your DPS on Olok if possible.
Olok the Shadow is a multi-stage and lengthy fight with a puzzle element inserted into it. The fight itself is divided into three phases, with phase 1 being fairly boring and easy (planning stage) but the difficulty ramps up significantly in phase 2 and 3. Entire fight with all 3 phases lasts for 15-16 minutes.
Pre-fight
For this fight, it is very important that your raid take the time out to plan things ahead. You will be presented with a huge 4×4 square below you. Each square is occupied by a droid. There are 4 types of droids: Recon, Frontline, Assault, and Artillery. Both Recon and Frontliner droids have 168k HP while Assault and Artillery have 333k. Essentially, 2 Recon/Frontline droids = 1 Assault/Artillery in terms of HP.The number and type of each droid and their placement is entirely random and resets every fight.
Now, the way this fight works in phase 2 is that you have exactly 1 minute to get past each row of droids. Normally, there would be 4 droids per row but in phase 1 you can get tokens to remove some of the droids to help you. You get exactly 8 tokens in phase 1 and there is a fixed cost to each droid
Recon & Frontline droid each costs 1 token
Assault and Artillery droids each cost 2 token.
So here, you will need to strategize and figure out exactly which droids you want to take out every row to ensure you have the best success for every row. Here are some general tips that may help you
Remember that 2 Recon/Frontline droids = 1 Assault/Artillery in terms of HP so you never want to have more than 2 of the Artillery/Assault droids in a row or you are going have a hard time killing them before the next row becomes active. Generally you want to equalize the rows so you have 666k HP in total for every row (either 2x Artillery/Assault or 1x Artillery/Assault + 2x Recon/Frontline)
Frontline droids may have low HP but they are annoying, hit for a lot, and very hard to taunt. If you get two of them in a row, I would suggest taking one of them out.
Artillery droids can be kited by one of the tanks. They are like the first boss in Lost Island. They will place an electric circle on the ground that your tank can avoid.
Recon droids are mostly harmless and their laser attack can be interrupted. Dont waste a token on them.
The picture above shows a configuration my raid group had at the time.

Fourth row is a really bad due to having 3 of the big artillery/assault droids. We took out the Artillery in the right, and the Frontline droid so we only have 2 big droids to deal with. This cost us 3 tokens in total.
Third row we have 3 Frontline droids and that is really hard to manage. We took out one of the Frontline droids to end up with only two Frontline Droids and 1 Assault. It is a bit risky considering we still have two Frontline droids this row but it is something we can manage. This cost us another token, totaling 4.
Second row we took out both Frontline Droids, leaving us with Artillery and Assault to fight, which is easily manageable. This cost us another 2 tokens, totaling 6.
First row we took out both Frontline Droids, totaling 8 tokens.
So as you can see we got a bit unlucky and had 0 recon droids this round. Regardless, we strategized in a way that every row totals out to 666k HP and took out the Frontline droids as much as possible.

Phase 1
Phase 1 is fairly simple and it is mostly a stage to prepare for phase 2. The Wealthy Buyer will come with two bodyguards and cannot be damaged until both bodyguards are killed. You will then be able to attack the Wealthy Buyer for a bit before he disappear and give a random raid member a token. On 8m, everyone in the raid group will receive a token as you cannot get the token twice in the same fight. You will know who receive the token as there will be a big red text on your screen to announce it. You will repeat this 8 times until all 8 tokens are used.
Once you have the token, you only have a limited amount of time to use it before the token disappears. Therefore, it is really important that you decide before hand what droids to take out and mark them so raid members can easily see them.
You will be using the token on the board in the middle. There are two sections to the board. The left side is a 4×4 square that corresponds to the droids down below.
Yellow icon means you have to click twice to buy that droid. Artillery/Assault droids have this icon. When you click it once, the icon turns red.
Red icon means that you have to click only once to buy that droid. Frontline/Recon droids have this icon. When you click it, the icon disappears and the droid you purchased get teleported up to help you.
The right section with the green icons is a tally of how many tokens you have used.
The droids you purchase will come up to help you attack the Bodyguards and Wealthy Buyer. They dont do much damage so there isnt a need to strategize on which droids to buy first.
Once you have spent all 8 tokens, the room begin to fill with poison gas and the elevator door will open to allow you to get to the ground level with the droids for phase 2.
Phase 2
You done the homework for phase 2 in phase 1 so phase 2 is basically an execution of your teams plan. You get exactly 1 minute for every row. Once 1 minute is up, the Force Shield to the next row opens up and the droids in the next row becomes active. There is a strict DPS check to kill droids on every row before the next one opens up to ensure that you dont get overwhelmed.
Recon and Assault droids are mostly harmless but Frontline droids will jump around and hit on random raid members. They hit hard and fast. Artillery Droids drop this electric bubble on the ground but a tank can kite them on the side away from the raid.
You may not get a chance to finish up phase 2 before Olok appears to start phase 3. Ideally, you just have a droid on the fourth row up and the other tank can chase after Olok and keep him busy while the rest of the raid finish up what is left of phase 2.
Phase 3
Phase 3 is unfortunately every bit as hard as phase 2. One tank should stick to Olok at all times and all DPS should focus on Olok as much as possible as he spawns more adds the longer the fight takes.
Olok will disappear for a few seconds and then spawn two adds. One of them is Shady Customer which have only 56k HP. The other is a Underworld Arms Trader with 170k HP. Olok drops threat when he disappears so the tank should taunt him when he appears again.
Shady Customer should be killed ASAP as they have very little health. Underworld Arms Trader can be CCed and all the DPS should focus on Olok when he is running around and ignore the Underworld Arms Trader until Olok disappears. You dont want to take too long to kill Olok as he will spawn more and more adds the longer the fight takes. Eventually, you wont be able to keep up with the adds and have them wipe out your raid.
Underworld Arms Trader is quite nasty. He has the same two attacks you encounter earlier while fighting through the trash.
Free Sample AoE Mortar Attack
Final Offer if you take too long to kill them, they do this single target attack for a lot of damage and knock the target on the ground.
If you dont have enough CCs for Arms Trader or if they kept breaking due to DoTs, one tank can handle 2-3 Underworld Arms Trader while rest of the raid focus on Olok.
