Done 6 contracts so far. Over 3 characters (so 2 days). Result; 5 x Navare 1 x D-3X
So... how the heck do I get someone else from Navare to show up. I'm sick and tired of the guy. There are 8 henchmen but only that dude shows up. D-3X showed up when I tried again with an alt on Alderaan. Did NS too with rep and imp but Navare on both (different days).
Am I forced to do the same planet over and over (rather not, like the variety of areas and the new conversations with the questgivers)? Forced to stick to one fraction? Is it *really* random and the TOR RNG gives me the finger?

It's totally random mate. AFAIK any Henchman can show up on any planet and any faction. All bounties from both factions add to the achievment so you can do Imp and Rep and they all count. The Probes, Drinks and Completed Contract Certificates can be mailed cross faction to whatever alt you wish.
