Hope everyone is well, sorry I havent been around, life has been very busy for me, I barely turn the PC on these days. It will probably be like this for me until at least late October when I plan to move from my flat.
I will try and pop on tomorrow to say hi and maybe do some ops, but cant promise. One game I have been playing a little is GTA V online on the Xbox 360, its easy to pick up, do a little something then turn off. If anyone else has a 360 and GTA V, it would be cool to do some content together. My name on there is j1mmym4c
Hope to see you all soon

Hope you are well. Rather than start another thread, I'll just hijack Jer's thread. Really struggling to muster any enthusiasm for logging in any more. Given all the changes they have officially announced to a game that wasn't broken till they broke it themselves, I doubt I will be staying beyond when my sub runs out in December. That and the changing of the customer service forum to read-only format and the removal of any threads making legitimate critiques of announced content/features in 4.0, its clear I'm paying substantial amounts of money every month to a bunch of clueless arseholes who don't want to listen to the people who have supported their jobs since the start of the game. Changes are part and parcel of any MMO and are to be expected, but the ridiculous frequency and the baffling nature of their decisions leaves me with nothing but feelings of contempt for them and sheer apathy for their product.
I'm tempted to just let my sub run out and not even bother logging in other than to say farewell properly. I was going to give it a chance, but as I saw somebody post last week ...' 'I don't need to eat dog **** to know I'm not going to like it'.
Anyway, look after yourselves, and see you some time after 4.0 hits, either to give it a half-hearted try or just to say 'sorry all, Jayso has hung his blaster up for good'.
sorry I haven't been around in some time, I'm moving next week and have been incredibly busy with organising everything and work.
Jay, have just read your post, sorry to hear you are probably leaving. I must admit, I had lost my enthusiasm for the game some time ago, and the only thing that really kept me logging in for a while was you guys. I will be logging in again to give things a try when everything settles down for me, hopefully towards the end of November. I'd very much like to do some gaming my friends from KS still, whether its in SWTOR or another game, so if you find yourselves migrating to something else, I would really like to be kept in mind :)
as some of you know, I also dabble in Elite dangerous, and I am going to give Diablo another go when i get settled (I bought Diablo right at the time i got heavily into SWTOR so never really gave it a good crack). I'm also open to suggestions.
If I don't see some of you in the future, I would just like to say its been a pleasure, and (for the most part :p) I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to die stupidly and repeatably with.
Live long and prosper (that's star wars right?)
