i'd like to think i stand a decent change at beating anyone in PvP guess i was wrong i fought a Commando with lava cannon and was beaten badly i dueled him 2 more times where he used other weapons and i won. so the question is :D is the lava cannon overpowered yes or no
never having used one I vote no, solely because the devs have said it erroneously does double damage and that will be fixed. In the same way that the elder jedi speed thingy was fixed too.
i use a low powered one with marrt but i also think its a bit overpowered yes.
But i also think that commandos should be the damage dealers in the groups. And all (but heal and 1 area grenade) specials are not useable with the lava cannon.
think i still have a elite lava cannon stashed away somewhere in my bunker... One with a huge mind and health poison/DoT, and with some incredably good powerup applied to it and of course an ADK kit.

What youre saying is, if you cant beat him with it, its overpowered. So what do the other proffs say when they dont beat Jedi with Sabers?
Its all swings and round abouts, and personally Im glad to see another proff get a bit of love, it might see a few less people spam the Jedi proff just because they feel they will own all with it, rather than they want to 'play' as a jedi.
