hello everyone i would like to call a meeting at sunday 23 oct at 6:00 pm GMT
for the following points.
-------------------------------------------------- 1.A standard interview or accept talk for new member explaining 1.rules 2.rules of conduct 3.housing 4.Guild structure 5.Guild chat. 6.anwser any questions they might have .
1.A recruiting stop. we are at 79 guildmembers and still growing . Do we want to grow?
any idea's or sugjestion are very welcome on this matter. -------------------------------------------------- 2.rules reviewment. as of now we only have 3 rules. 1. no imperials. 2.no harrasgin other players. 3.have fun.
i would like to add a language rule for open chats like guild and auction.

Ppl are getting bored and not just in out guild.
there is a idea of a player rebel alliance going around and we are asked to be the tatooine cell now i still don't have a lot of info on this but it might be fun to join.
if we join or not i still sugjest we appoint a rebel coordinator for KS to organise npc hunt or maybe even raids.
This will in no way change out neutral/rebel status we are and always will be accpeting neutral players.
3.a the request has come in to plant a rebel base in Dune edge. this will of course put us on the imperial fun list on the other side it will give ppl someting to do and work for.
and again any idea's ect are welcome. -------------------------------------------------- 4.town lighting i sugjest plaing more lights in and around town its spooky in dune at night.
--------------------------------------------------5.Hunts and event.
we need to have more events and hunts i know jas and tale are busy so i sugjest getting more ppl involved Zitkatal already had a go with it and if he still want to he can. i also know what gydion and audie are willing to help out.
a idea came form mattee to have swoop races this might be fun .
also more trips to the DWB and Geo labs have been sugjested.
-------------------------------------------------- 6.KS PVP squad. a idea of bumble (of course) she would like to recruit 5-6 ppl who would like to and actively pvp.
--------------------------------------------------7. a montly (2 week) new letter .
Most members have no idea what we are working at or were to find things.
a montly news letter with a small part of the council and adds and wp to venders would be nice.
--------------------------------------------------8.New player guidance. New players are haveing a hard time in KS they are not getting help or feel left out.
the sugjestion is to have a couple of helpers ( not all week just a day or 2 in a week) to help the new players make the most of there char and time.
--------------------------------------------------9.city maintance fee. last time i sugjected we all pay a 100k to city hall each week to keep maintance pool growing. the maintance pool is large enough to last us awile but it is shrinking that means not everyone has been paying if any of u have a problem with paying the 100k pls tell so at the next meeting. --------------------------------------------------10. regualar meetings.
to avoind long mails and meetings till dawn i sugjest we meet more frequant like very 2 weeks or every month.
-------------------------------------------------- 11. Guild leader position. I know we talked about this before but i feel that if anyone want to run for Guild leader they should be allowed to this doesn't mean i don't want to any more its just that i was chosen by the members and if they feel different now and what other leadership it should be possible.
