1.changing the city to a research centre.

2. New player helpers. Audie,terrak,todra,nagono will be our helpers for new players giveing them someone to turn to if they need help

4 Rebel alliance Its put on hold for the time being no new info.
5 Recruiting. 2e char of council members have been giveing recruiting rights they would also need militia rights to function fully (einia)
the subject of letting other veteran member recruit got 4 votes if we agree on the ppl (next meeting )
6.Guild members i'll put toghter a new missing persons list so we can see who left and what action we are taking with it . (next meeting )
7. mall tyro was placeing the mall but wanted some favours in return favours we are not willing to give. Starkset was willing to offer his lots but he has used them since he got wind of tyro placeing the mall. Not sure but i think einia has talked to tyro and he's placeing it again no strings attached.
