Here is a small overview again. Since 3 council members were not present we dicided to keep matter to little things and not discuss any thing to big a change.
1.Mall Starkset requisted tp place a vendor in the ks mall.
To prevent this matter from comming up again later we felt that we should set up a rule for this.
We feel that the KS mall is for KS members only. This will prevent any non KS member to change anything or take anything from the mall. Its not that we are paranoid but the mall is a service we offer our members not to be exploited by others. This will result in Morkai's and lactose's vendor's haveing to be removed form the mall,since morkai'second char mad is still in the guild we will allow it if morkais stuff is sold on a vendor owned by mad. This to draw a clear line in the matter and not give the idea we apply dubble standards.
I'll contact lac and morkai about the matter.
If u are not a member of KS and want to profit from the cosumers that the mall draws we will allow merchent tent or a small house near the mall.
Also we feel that not all mall issues need to be discussed in the council i would like to see one person becoming mall supervisor. Any volenteer among the council? First points for the supervisor - a Welcome droid or vendor. - a advertisment for the mall in general on auction
2. requist form terrak. Terrak requisted the spot were the old mall is now to place his house(he's curently living outside city limets). Since the spot is now einia i would like to ask einia if he has any plans for it or will remove it (once all the vendors are gone). If einia has no plans for it, i see no reason why Terrak should not live there.
Town issues. 1.The statues outside the mall are not in line (Einia if u can find the time pls correct this :) ) 2. Town centre changes. Since the shuttle port is now at the far side of town and the city in general looks messy the perposal has come(again) to change it starting with the city centre. Since this is a time consuming and ambitious project we'll start with step one and that is get a clear overview of the current layout of town. Second step will be makeing up out minds on how we want it. For the second step the idea of letter members send in there city plans and we picking out the best or combining good idea's to make the one we want. And then let the members vote on the idea's useing the website and the forum. Cityhall and Guildhall will remain were they are and build around it. We'll start with city centre fist. But as for now we still need a sulotion to step one mapping the city as it is now to see whats needs moving.
DPP. Docter power pool as i call it is a idea from soda with is, for all the doc in KS to combine there resources and keep a fully stocked vendor at the mall. Do to logistical and Finacial dificulteys this will be dicuessed at a later time when we get more feedback form Soda.
Medical centre vendors. The requist came if we could place the medical vendors in the med centre this issue kinda got overtalked as things do in meetings so i'm not sure what came out of it,if u remember feel free to fill us in :).
Contact with members. In order to keep in contact with members and haveing a means to track ppl that have not been active for awile the suggestion came to ask every member for there email adress this will enable us to send a mail if we are suddely missing someone and perhaps can help them if they have a issue preventing them from playing. To protect ppls private life they can register a mail client that is anonimus like the ones by hotmail and freemail.
Live chat. As u might have seen on the forum the requist came for a live chat function. Well thanks to menis it will be possible,well test run it as a council before opening it to the rest of the members. Its going to be via a IRC chat thingie more info will follow.
Meeting locations.
Seems that after all those meeting some are growing tired of the view of the meeting room. Thats why we will now change locations every meeting this will require u to pay attention when u revice the invite :).
