hello everyone.
i shamefully admit this mail is 2 weeks late but here it is anyway.

since there were only 3 council members  present i'll still need feed back on the disscions form the other members.

In this mail the term. active council member and inactive are used so here the explaination.
The council still offically is made Alas,Devon,Tale,Tcbstingray,Einia,Menis,B-man,Martyn i just consider Tcbstingray and Devon as inactive (devons status is pending due to shes back in the game)

1.BH banned for amber.
Due to attacks on KS jedi some BH have been banned form the city thus rendering them incapable of useing city services like the shuttle and the garage.

The banning of BH or any other player for that matter will only be done if. The Bh or Person is acting dishonorly say insults,blackmail,harrasment ect ect.
The second term is that a council members is a witness to this behaviour or when there is none present deliver proof like screen shots of the conversation.

With this i would like to pardon "gallon" and "cammii" since i see no reason to ban them for there actions,since b-man banned them i'll live it to him to contact them as he promised to do ( a bit late but the motto  of this mail is better late then never )

2. City funds.
the city funds are getting low again so we have 2 suggestions for this.
1.go hunting again (but with CU its become slower to collect cash fast.)
2. each active council members donates 100k each week. thus providing us with enough crd and builing up a reserve in the proces.

i find option 2 the better one since some members make money in other ways then hunting .
But i'll need your votes on the matter before we make anything conclusive.

3.inactive members.
In going to remove certain ppl for the guild members list.

4.The future of KS when i retire.
Don't worry im not going anywere just want to have this clear.
Well a members vote will be the most fair if u are looking for a new leader and with the new setup in Guildhall it very easy.
But if there for some reason is need of someone to make final dicisions  there needs to be someone to make those calls.
This person was Eved but when she left us she forfeited that.
Then my sister came to play this came and the discions was easy it would be Devon,but with the birth of jess she to left swg.
i discussed this in a periode where devon was absent and i didn't really expect her back so soon but i will need to consider that her online time will be greatly reduced. in her absance i think martyn would be the best choice for this matter, the main reason is because martyn know me best and knows the way i feel about KS.
In a absolute worse case senerio where KS would be divided i'll make arrangement so that any KS member is welcome in either the ORR and in Merid both accept neutral and rebel players.
