no ican still pay per bank transfer without problems. But it can matter what kind of bank you use it seems. I heard stories of plp that played for free because soe couldnt automaticly deduct money. And they only found out after they bought a expansion pack Or after the new account info system
So i think its best you ask the SOE customer service. (Or you play by getting game cards :P)
dunno, there have been probs with other people not being able to log in even when subscribed.. seems thier new update to the account system was bollocks
