Pre-quests for instances

(Feel free to rename this post  after answering)

Where is the best place, or does one already exists here, to find the list of pre-quests for instances please?

If I can start the pre-quests at level 80 I'd like to, but I would love to know whether KS focus on any particular instances (and if so - which) and what's the best way to get started on them?

if u go to the heroic encounters bit of the guides section there is a post that lists all the pre-quests and how there done.

as far as 'guild preference' there is none
We can complete Tusken King, IG88, ISD
We get 5 secs away from completing Ackva Min
We get to the 3rd encoutner of Exar Kun

Were not picky and will generally be cycling which ones we attempt.
