All the European servers just shut down with no warning The others are all up, just Infinity, Chimera and Far Star have gone. Bugger, was about to hit the Kubaza too.

Server Maintenance - December 4, 2008 - 12/03/2008
All servers will be brought down for a maintenance period at 4:00 AM PST to address an issue with the Character Transfer Service. When the update is complete, all galaxies will be live but unavailable while we complete final testing. All galaxies will be made available after that time; the Character Transfer Service will remain unavailable until later in the day.

Aye, kind of annoying, all went pear shaped for hours last night, was up briefly this morning, then got a message at midday it was all coming down again, and is still 'locked' now. Wow, lucky I have xmas shopping to do or my week off would have been boring :p
I blame Jibblett. He leaves the game for 1 day and the server crashes. Real reason for taking a breather from SWG = the massive virus he uploaded just after last log on :P Ha ha
