hello all :)


its 10-03-05


and i can't update publish 14. :( been trying now since yesterday but it stops about half way and then it says conection lost :(


anyone got a idea.


I already turned my firewall off but that has no effect either.

I'm sorry to say that i have no clue on what can be wrong for you.. i know it doesnt sound very nice to ask but... how long have you waited when the download freezed?


it might be as easy as you didnt have enough patience for it to download.. (ive been there before, sadly it wasnt the clients fault.. since i got pretty mad at the client before i waited for like 10 mins.. )

hmmm i suggest stop the update and then do a full scan or get live support from a CSR

Mmm, mine went through in a couple of minutes, sorry... Think Audie's right though, try a full scan.

hello all


 


well its working thats to good part :D


the bad part is i waited for about 10 min until it froze in the update tryed that 3 times.


Then i did full scan it got a little further afterthat like 12 min


after 3 full scannes and 2 hours it finaly whent all the way to full and now i can play


yay me
