Recently someone asked me about recruitment of new members to our guild and how this works.
Well basicly KS doesn't actively recruit like asking new players in eisly or spamming on planet or auction net. So basicly we recruit trough a "bring a friend" system,we do this to ensure that the new member has atleast one person he knows and trust before he gets acquainted with the rest of us. This also has the upside that it brings ppl u know to be a Kindred Spirit.
To further insure the the recruitment of of mature and serious players we have a 1 month trial period for new members,after the 1 month u will be told if u are a Spirit or will be told a valid reason why are not. In this month just be your self and have fun, its not really a test or sorts its just to get to know each other better and see if u match out familiy. Also if u are still in trail and are offline for over 30days u will be removed.
