Summary council meeting 28th of February.

 

1. Inactive time.

Time before removing a full member of KS is 200 days, this will be done after sending a mail explaining what’s happen and why they are being removed.

(previously this was done by sending out a member list and seeing who thought was offline along time, so improvement there).

For Trail members this is 30 days inactive.

 

2. New members the following members have passed there trail period and are now full members , congratulations.

Factorys will be removed end of the week 7 march.

Will turn attention to donations in upcoming KS news  letter.

6 .Question round.

 

Only 1 request from Pen to do a open meeting as soon as possible  , we will do this meeting Sunday the 7th of March ,  time is currently set on 30min if it takes longer we’ll schedule a other meeting
