Looked at the bank today, noticed it was oddly low on items, especially crafting.

Looked at log, looks like someone named 'newbright' looted it all on 24/11. Guess what name I can't find in our guildrecords anymore as member either? Newbright!

Anyone actually aware who this is? Maybe simply renamed and still here? Or is it (probably hopeless) time someone contacted support and hopefully get our stuff back?
