City Hall and Player City fees are a separate system from player structures. The maintenance is deducted at the weekly update cycle (you can check the exact day for your city by accessing the City Management Terminal located in City Hall). There is a Maintenance Report that will tell you the total for your city, but the breakdown is as follows:

so a swift recalculation of council contirbutions is needed
Hey folks, I just wanted to let everyone know that we delayed the maintenance fees being turned back on to allow us to do a balance pass on the maintenance fees themselves.
