here is a quick review of what has been dicussed and dicided in our last meeting.
1a a standard interview. since every person is diffent every talk will be differant to how ever i do expect some things to be told to everyone . 1 the rules very simple and basic rules.
1.1 rebels and neutrals only thing is more clear the no imps with may implay we are rebel only guild. 1.2 no harrasing other players. 1.3 no faul langauge on chat ( no list on names use common sence) 1.4 very inportant Have FUN
2 if they never owned a house explain the basic things like placing,maintance and delaring residance 3 tell them a bit about the guild leading structure so they know who the can talk to if something ever comes up they need help with. 4 to finish off ask if the might have any question . 5 on very short notice we are palcing a faction scanner inside the guildhall so if u can't see his or her affiliation ask him/her to mmove into range of the scanner to avoid the recruiting of imperials if they are imperial they have to drop there affiliation before joining KS.
1B recruiting stop. we are still recruiting ppl into KS but only ppl who come with a sponsership form a members of KS ask to send them a mail to sponser.

3 joing a rebel alliance.
in genaral we are positive to the idea but would like some more info before commiting to anything. i will keep u posted on any news next meeting. as of now BB seems to be the best candidate for any rebel coordinator he might call into service when the time is ther e.
3.a a Rebel base in DE. we will no have a rebel base as of this time. its has several problems 1 the placeing it need a very flat piece of ground toghter with the turrets and there is nor place in DE were it can be palced. 2 it will recuire active scannign of ppl comeing into DE and this will cause a problem with the mall as we are trying to get as many ppl there as possible.
4.Town lighing. it has been agreed to place more town lighing in DE will ask Gloo to make some and if not Jasteb is going archi so he will be able to make them soon. :)
5.hunts and event. We are going to set a stanard time and day for normal hunts (sunday 2pm every week) in addition to the special hunts and event organised by tale and jasteb. I'm also going to ask the guild for someone to help out with organising special event. to revlieve some work load of tale and jasteb.
6. Ks pvp squad. we all think it a good idea fo bb to lead such a thing i'll give her mailing rights so she can start organising.
7 montly news letter good idea doing this ones a month will keep ppl posted of what going on a bit and they can also add the own advetisements and wp the want to share.
8. new player guidance. Jasteb is willing to help out with the new players getting there barings when there new in the game by going with them un hunt to help them and explain things they want to know. i'll also ask the guild for a other player willing to help out.
9. city maintance fee. seems we all are a forget full buch with the exceptance of Devon :). the 100k a week will be changed to 200k every meeting or what u are willing to give its not mandetory and we are not in finacial need atm.
10 regular meeting. its has been agreed to meet every 1e and 3e sunday on the month starting with the time of 7pm GMT (time is subject to change) If einia would pls mail me with any time day he can make it, since it would be nice to have out mayor present at meetings :).
11 guild leader position . Will not be on a vote bases since this will couse genaral choas and u all love me :):):):):):):)
in the ask around 2 points were made. 1 by eved it seems the MOON guild might be looking for a new location to move to in genaral we are positive to the idea of helping out moon by letting them live in DE thing will need to be dicussed if they decide they would like us as a option. 2 was by jasteb that the mall is getting crowed with all the new vendors i'll ask mad to allow the use of his hall for mall since it already has a good position and if not we'll need to aquire a large house or a guildhall to serve as mall.
