No, they are doing the NFE (New Forum Experience) They are uprgading the forums, will take 5 days, then the forums will be back, but in thier new form. Look for WoW forum clone. Also gives them an opportunity to get rid of all the whining posts and negative posts, but thats just me being cynical.
